Customers may cancel preorder orders before the item has shipped by contacting tim@sunderworks.com.
Once an order has shipped, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
